Peter has spent the past two years bridging the gap between development assistance and private capital. After 20 years working with governments, donors and multilateral organisations, Peter now leads Palladium’s impact bond initiatives, designing innovative development financing mechanisms using blended capital to achieve sustainable positive impact. These mechanisms demand collaboration between the public, private and donor sectors and provide a concrete structure for private capital to work towards the public good, aligning incentives and demanding a rigorous focus on results. A native of Australia, Peter currently lives in Dubai. He holds a BA and MA (Psych) from the University of Sydney.
